Updated Comment Guidelines

Yeah, I wasn't aware I had any "comment guidelines" -- whoops.

So the infinitely awesome Mike Doe left me a comment, questioning the conservative nature of my “comment policy.”

Yeah, I wasn’t aware I had any “comment guidelines” — whoops. So I’ve taken it upon myself to make them much more accurate. If the whole “Keep it PG-13 people!” refrain was preventing you from commenting, you now have no excuse!
